Beyond the 750 Club Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Beyond the 750 Club Affiliate Program! By joining, you agree to the following terms and conditions that govern your participation. Please read carefully before proceeding.
General Guidelines
Eligibility:Affiliates must be 18 years or older and have a valid email address to participate. Only one account per individual or business is permitted.Program Overview:Affiliates can earn:A flat bonus of $10–$20 for each verified 30-day trial sign-up.A tiered commission of 20%, 25%, or 30% for converting trial sign-ups into paid subscriptions (monthly, yearly, or lifetime).Registration:By registering, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date personal and payment information.
Affiliate Responsibilities
Compliance with Laws:Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including those related to advertising, marketing, and consumer protection.Content Guidelines:Affiliates must not:Mislead or make false claims about Beyond the 750 Club products or services.Use spam or unsolicited messages to promote the program.Engage in unethical or fraudulent practices.Intellectual Property Usage:Affiliates may use provided marketing assets but must not modify logos, trademarks, or promotional materials without prior approval.
Payout Terms
Flat Bonus Payments:Bonuses for verified 30-day trial sign-ups will be processed within 30 days of sign-up validation.Tiered Commission Payments:Commissions for converting trial sign-ups into paid subscriptions will be processed within 14 days of conversion.Payment Methods:Payments will be made via PayPal, Stripe, or other agreed-upon methods. Affiliates must provide accurate payment details during registration.Minimum Payout Threshold:Affiliates must accrue a minimum of $50 in earnings before payouts are issued.Payment Schedule:Payments are calculated and disbursed every two weeks.
Tracking and Reporting
Affiliate Dashboard:Affiliates will have access to a personalized dashboard to track:Referral sign-ups.Trial-to-paid conversions.Payout status.Tracking Accuracy:Beyond the 750 Club uses advanced tracking systems to ensure accurate crediting of referrals. However, Beyond the 750 Club is not responsible for tracking errors due to user ad blockers or other technical limitations.
Program Compliance
Prohibited Activities:Affiliates found engaging in the following activities will forfeit all payouts and may be removed from the program:Fraudulent sign-ups or referrals.Misrepresentation of Beyond the 750 Club products or services.Violation of intellectual property rights.Termination:Beyond the 750 Club reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time for violating these terms.
Changes to Terms
Beyond the 750 Club reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes via email or dashboard notification.
Limitation of Liability
Beyond the 750 Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Affiliate Program. Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beyond the 750 Club against claims, damages, or losses resulting from participation.
